PrimeIT is seeking a Junior Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Lisbon/Porto to support data governance and production activities.

You will administer referential data, ensure data input consistency, provide end-user support, and collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement new requirements in production.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to implement requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management).
• Control the consistency of data input by customers and entities.
• Provide end-user support and resolve production issues.
• Monitor data sourcing and analyze rejected data for stakeholders.
• Involve stakeholders in defining and validating new requirements and assess impacts.
• Ensure the implementation of new features in Production and follow the go-live process.

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst for this project! What are we looking for?

Main Tasks

• Administrate the referential (data creation & modification, parameters management)
• Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities
• Ensure end user support and resolve production and accesses issues;
• Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers;
• Inspect and control updates of sensitive data and operate in place of customers;
• Follow-up on production support, incident management, and prepare reporting
• Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts.
• Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment.
• Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.
• Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
• Control the consistency of data input by the customers and different entities
• Ensure end-user support and resolve production issues.
