Job summary

A Flix está recrutando um Junior Bus Network Planner (m/f/d) para um contrato de 1 ano, com base em Lisboa e modelo híbrido.

O(a) candidato(a) ideal contribuirá para planejar e otimizar as linhas FlixBus, colaborar com equipas internas e stakeholders locais, e apresentar análises que guiem decisões estratégicas. Será valorizada experiência prévia em planeamento de rede, fortes competências analíticas e Excel, com fluência em inglês.

Qualifications

• Bach./Mestrado em Gestão de Transportes, Geografia, Planeamento Espacial, Engenharia de Transportes, Logística, Matemática, Economia ou área relacionada.
• Experiência em planeamento de rede ou área similar é um plus.
• Fortes capacidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas com tomada de decisão baseada em dados.
• Excel avançado.
• Fluência em inglês; outros idiomas europeus são um plus.

Responsibilities

• Planear e otimizar as linhas FlixBus em colaboração com equipas de Desenvolvimento de Negócios, Gestão de Receita e Excelência Comercial e com stakeholders locais.
• Coordenar atividades interfuncionais relacionadas com a linha atribuída para assegurar mudanças na rede, lançamentos de linhas e pedidos operacionais.
• Gerir a comunicação diária com parceiros de negócio e apoiar a demanda operativa da rede.
• Preparar apresentações, relatórios, análises e recomendações de planeamento para stakeholders internos.
• Analisar desempenho da rede e a procura de transporte para identificar oportunidades de crescimento e otimização.
• Derivar insights baseados em dados para apoiar crescimento, eficiência operacional e qualidade de serviço.
• Apresentar resultados, ideias e recomendações de forma clara para apoiar a tomada de decisão.

We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Bus Network Planner (m/f/d) who will help us shape our network, drive the company to the next level, and have a direct influence on our success. You will join our international Network Planning Europe Team and contribute to the development and optimization of our bus network.

This is a full-time, 1-year fixed-term position, based in our Lisbon office (hybrid working model).

• Plan and optimize FlixBus lines in close collaboration with Business Development, Revenue Management and Commercial Excellence teams, and local stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional activities related to your assigned line portfolio to ensure smooth execution of network changes, line launches, and operational requests
• Manage day-to-day communication with business partners and support operational demand across the network
• Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and planning recommendations for internal stakeholders
• Analyze network performance and transportation demand using various datasets to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Derive data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth, operational efficiency, and service quality
• Present findings, ideas, and recommendations in a clear and structured way to support informed decision-making

About You

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation Management, Geography, Spatial Planning, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• First experience in network planning, transportation planning, mobility, analytics, consulting, or a similar field is a strong plus
• Passion for the transportation sector and a strong interest in schedule and network planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong Excel skills
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to challenges
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered a plus
