Mo Ongy in Lisbon seeks a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. You will monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and support billing activities from the central Lisbon office.

The role starts on-site in Lisbon for the first six months and moves to a hybrid model thereafter. Fluent English, a relevant finance qualification, and experience with Excel and ERP systems are preferred.

Qualificações

• Candidate should hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage customer accounts receivable balances.
• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and invoices.
• Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collection.
• Investigate and resolve billing and invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections.
• Update ERP system data and support internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support effective collection processes.
