The role requires 1+ year in a similar position, proficiency in Linux/Windows, scripting knowledge (Shell/Python/PowerShell), and familiarity with batch scheduling tools. Power BI, Jira, and Confluence experience is valued.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows environments.
• Basic knowledge of batch scheduling tools (Control-M or similar).
• Familiarity with scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL fundamentals.
• Hands-on with monitoring tools and debugging.
• Basic networking knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor systems, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting and error resolution.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
• Execute and monitor batch processes and scheduling tools.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
