Capgemini Portugal is actively seeking a Junior AML Analyst to join the Porto team. You will conduct AML/KYC investigations and monitor alerts to identify potential financial crime risks, ensuring thorough review and escalation as needed.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Porto and requires a recent graduate with English fluency who is eager to learn in an international banking environment, collaborating with Operations and Compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualificações

• Recent graduate in Law, Management, International Relations or similar fields seeking AML exposure.
• Interest in AML, Compliance, and Financial Crime Prevention.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in an international banking environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to work in Porto (hybrid model).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence investigations and review transaction monitoring alerts to identify potential financial crime risks.
• Assess and resolve alerts by closing false positives or escalating suspicious cases to AML Level 2 teams for further investigation.
• Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams across jurisdictions to ensure adherence to regulatory and monitoring requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails, while escalating critical issues and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
• Support departmental workload management and ensure timely completion of investigations in line with service standards.

• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence investigations and review transaction monitoring alerts to identify potential financial crime risks.
