Junior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Faro. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, analyzing and reconciling accounts, and providing support to senior accountants. • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Provide support to senior accountants as needed
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: 1700$ per month
