Lingo-nova in Porto is seeking a Jr. O2C Specialist – Dutch Speaker to join an on-site finance team. You’ll support Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes and help ensure accurate billing and cash application while growing your O2C expertise.

This entry-to-junior role offers clear processes, mentoring, and a structured weekday schedule, with a monthly base salary of €1,300 plus bonuses and a welcome package for Dutch speakers, in a dynamic international setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations (2–5 years is a strong plus).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Dutch: Fluent / native (spoken and written).
• English: Advanced (C1).

Position Details

• Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00; Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,300 gross / month (14 months)
• Attendance Bonus: €300 / month (11 months)
• Welcome Bonus: €2,000
