We Are META seeks a Java Tech Lead in Lisbon for leading Java-based solutions and client-facing projects. You’ll drive architecture, mentor teams, and ensure delivery excellence across hybrid work environments.

The perfect Rhino will have 8+ years as a tech lead, deep Java/Spring Boot expertise, and strong database and CI/CD tooling experience, plus English and Portuguese fluency and a resident in Portugal or valid work permit.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong command of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Rest API and Kafka.
• Experience with Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL for data modeling, querying, and database management across enterprise projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, and/or GitHub to support automated delivery pipelines.
• Exposure to Splunk, ArgoCD, and/or Terraform for observability, deployment orchestration, and infrastructure management is a plus.
• Fluency in English (B2); Fluency in Portuguese (B2).
• Availability for Hybrid model 1 x week based in Lisbon.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

• Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and observability practices across deployments.
