BPCE-SI is seeking a skilled Support Java Developer to analyze and resolve incidents on B2B credit applications. You will diagnose issues, track tickets to deadlines, and collaborate with technical and business teams to maintain service quality. A strong focus on English and French communication is required.

The role emphasizes Java development with Spring/Hibernate, Jira/Confluence, and exposure to mainframe DB2 environments, within a hybrid work setup in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years in application support or development.
• Knowledge of banking/financial environments is appreciated.
• 3+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience with Jira / Confluence.
• Experience with ServiceNow / Sun.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• DB2 querying in a mainframe environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and handle incidents on B2B credit applications.
• Diagnose malfunctions and propose corrective solutions.
• Ensure the tracking and resolution of tickets within deadlines.
