Natixis in Portugal is seeking a skilled Support Java Developer for its BPCE-SI team to analyze incidents on B2B credit applications and provide timely fixes. You will diagnose malfunctions, coordinate with technical and business teams, and contribute to the knowledge base while participating in Agile rituals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, 2–3 years in software support or development, and solid Java experience (Spring, Hibernate).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in application support or development.
• Knowledge of banking/financial environments is appreciated.
• Minimum of 3 years of Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience with Jira / Confluence.
• Experience with ServiceNow / Sun.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Ability to navigate in a mainframe environment (DB2 querying).
• Strong communication skills in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and handle incidents on B2B credit applications.
• Diagnose malfunctions and propose corrective solutions.
• Ensure the tracking and resolution of tickets within the defined deadlines.
• Coordinate with the relevant technical and business teams.
• Document incidents and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Actively participate in all Agile team rituals and contribute to the smooth running of the team.
