Job summary

Decskill is growing and seeks a Java Spring Software Developer to design, implement and scale backend architectures using the Spring framework. The role emphasizes CI/CD practices, containerisation with Docker, and collaboration with agile stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable services.

You'll contribute across multiple areas with a mix of technical and business analysis tasks, operating in an international context within the Astek Group's structure.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years IT experience.
• Strong experience with Java 21—mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Spring Framework.
• Advanced SQL, PostgreSQL.
• CI/CD; Microservices; Unit Testing; Version Control.
• Experience with Cloud environments such as AWS or IBM.
• Experience with Docker and containerisation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and ALM.
