Qualificações

• 4/5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Java and backend frameworks.
• Nice to have Python experience for data processing or scripting.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable services.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and Redis for messaging and caching.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to debug complex flows.
• Customer-focused and delivery-oriented with client-facing experience.
• Good level of English for international collaboration.

We are looking for a Java Software Developer to work in Lisbon!

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java/Backend applications that are often high‑volume and low‑latency, required for mission‑critical systems.
• Delivering high availability and performance.
• Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Writing well‑designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Ensuring designs comply with specifications.
• Be an active member of our backend communities.

Requirements

• 4/5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Java – Comfortable working with backend frameworks and microservices.
• Nice to have: Python – Familiarity with Python‑based data processing and scripting.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) & Kubernetes – Deploy and manage scalable services efficiently.
• Hands‑on with RabbitMQ & Redis – Message queuing and caching experience preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset – Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize critical transaction flows.
• Customer‑focused & delivery‑oriented – Ability to work with clients, prioritize business needs, and meet deadlines.
• Good level of English – Ability to work in an international environment.
