Decskill is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Porto team. The role focuses on database design and administration, REST API development, and healthcare interoperability using HL7/FHIR standards.

You will work within distributed architectures and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) on complex, large-scale projects. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience, strong integration skills, and a proactive mindset to deliver impact for national and international

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in development and DB administration.
• 2+ years designing REST APIs and healthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR).
• 1+ year with messaging systems (RabbitMQ or equivalent) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with large-scale distributed integrations and complex environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in:
• Development and administration of relational databases (Oracle preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
• Designing and implementing REST APIs
• Working with interoperability standards, preferably in healthcare (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
• At least 1 year of experience with:
• Messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ or equivalent)
• Containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Experience working in complex and large-scale environments
• Strong understanding of system integration and distributed architectures

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare-related projects
• Familiarity with other messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, ActiveMQ)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar)
