Job summary

Komodo Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Java Developer - FullStack to work on a Logistics project and help us grow. You will develop and maintain transportation management solutions (TMS) and shape backend architecture, ensuring robust technical specifications and standard-compliant development.

The role requires 3+ years in frontend and backend development with Java, Spring, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Liferay, WebServices and Struts. Portuguese (Fluent) and French (B2) are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3 years frontend and backend experience.
• Fluent Portuguese and French B2 required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain transportation management solutions (TMS).
• Define the architecture of backend applications.
• Prepare and design technical specifications for the solutions.
• Define and enforce development standards.

The project

We are looking for a Java Developer - FullStack to work in a Logistics project and help us grow.

You will

• Development and maintenance of transportation management solutions (TMS);


• Responsible for the architecture of backend applications;


• Preparation and design of technical specifications for the solutions;


• Definition and enforcement of development standards.

You need to have the following skills

• Higher education in Computer Engineering or a similar field;


• Minimum proven experience of 3 years in Frontend and Backend development;


• Proficiency in Java, Spring, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Liferay, WebServices, and Struts;


• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, PHP, ASP, and .NET will be valued;


• Experience with TMS solutions for carriers or logistics flow management systems;


• Knowledge of Portuguese (Fluent) and French (B2) - mandatory.

Location

Lisbon - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
