Formación

• Опыт backend-разработки не менее 5 лет.

Responsabilidades

• Разработка и поддержка бэкенд-приложений на Java 17 и Spring Boot.
• Проектирование API и интеграций между системами.
• Соблюдение лучших практик разработки и качественного кода.
• Работа с Hibernate и SQL/NoSQL БД.
• Реализация очередей и асинхронной communicated через Kafka.
• Работа с Docker и Kubernetes для развёртывания сервисов.
• Помощь в выборе архитектурных решений и инструментов.
• Изучение и внедрение AI-ассистированной разработки.
• Ведение документации и передачa знаний.
• Помощь junior-разработчикам и проверка результатов.
• Участие в Scrum церемониях и сотрудничество с Product Owner.
• Содействие переходу проектов в production и знание процессов поддержки.

Задачи

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java 17 or later and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement APIs and application integrations.
• Apply software development best practices to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Work with Hibernate and relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement messaging and asynchronous communication solutions using technologies such as Apache Kafka.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to support application deployment and containerization.
• Contribute to the identification and adoption of appropriate application architectures, tools, and technical solutions.
• Explore and adopt AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Support junior developers by defining tasks, providing technical guidance, and reviewing deliverables.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to production support teams and assist with application handover.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and align technical deliveries with business needs.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Требования

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong experience with Java 17 or later.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience designing and developing APIs.
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka.
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to identify suitable technical solutions and apply software development best practices.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior developers and coordinating technical deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication, autonomy, and proactivity.
• Ability to work collaboratively, delegate tasks, and take ownership of technical deliveries.
• Будет плюсом: Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector; Knowledge of document management processes; Familiarity with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies; Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and its application in software solutions; Experience with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS; Experience using AI-powered development tools; Experience with application production support and technical knowledge transfer.
