Java Developer

This is your mission
Are you passionate about data engineering and building robust data platforms? Then this position is for you.

Build Side

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the Data Fabric platform, supporting business lines, and delivering high-quality IT solutions in an agile environment:

• Develop and maintain the Data Fabric platform using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and SQL
• Build microservices and REST APIs for data collection, integration, and exposure
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Implement data pipelines and orchestrate workflows with AirFlow
• Optimize code, improve efficiency, and ensure reliability of data solutions
• Write and update technical documentation for all developments
• Participate in agile rituals: sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

Run Side

• Support business lines with production monitoring and issue resolution
• Analyze and challenge business needs, proposing tailored technical solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams and project managers for smooth delivery
• Monitor platform performance and report KPIs to management
• Maintain compliance with IT security, protocols, and cloud architecture standards

• Programming & Development: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, KSH, SQL (expert)
• Microservices & APIs: Object-oriented programming, RESTful web services, API management
• Data Engineering: Data pipelines, AirFlow orchestration, cloud storage (COS, S3), containerized deployments
• DevOps & Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Optional: Python, Angular front-end, Starburst knowledge
