A Portuguese technology company is seeking a Head of Recruitment & Career Management to lead a technical team and develop innovative software solutions. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Software Architect, with strong skills in Agile methodologies and various architectural models. This is a full-time remote position offering the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and a diverse team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years as a Software Architect.
• Experience with various architectural models (Monolithic, Microservices).
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Experience describing REST API design, guidelines, security and monitoring.
• Experience configuring BPM workflows (Flowable).
• Proficiency in Java, Quarkus, NextJs and React (≥2 years).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Responsabilidades

• Leading a technical team to develop and maintain new service features.
• Developing the proposed software architecture for the project.
• Managing the technical team.
• Conduct daily standups to monitor and update activity.
• Manage the technical team and ensure delivery quality.

What You’ll Do

• Leading a technical team to develop and maintain new service features. Aligning with the client\'s business to define objectives and priorities.
• Developing the proposed software architecture for the project;
• Meetings with the business to define sprints, priorities, and backlog management;
• Daily meetings with the team to monitor and update activity.
• Managing the technical team
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years as a Software Architect
• Experience with various architectural models (Monolithic, Microservices)
• Experience with modeling and designing solutions using UML
• Experience managing the lifecycle of a REST API (design, implementation guidelines, documentation, testing, security, governance, monitoring)
• Experience configuring and designing BPM workflows (preferably with Flowable)
• Experience with Java, Quarkus, NextJs, React (minimum 2 years)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
