Decskill, an IT consulting firm and part of the Astek Group, is expanding and seeks a Java Application Architect in Lisbon for hybrid work. You will define functional and technical solution architectures, ensure implementation aligns with the architecture, and guide development through the lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in application and microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs and OpenAPI.
• Experience with AsyncAPI and containerization (Docker).
• Cloud-native architecture design and implementation.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid Lisbon environment (2 days onsite).

We are looking for an Java Application Architect!

Responsabilities:

• Define the functional and technical solution architecture.
• Produce implementation-ready technical specifications.
• Ensure the development team implements the solution according to the defined architecture.
• Ensure compliance with architectural, technical, security, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Experience with application and microservices architecture.
• REST APIs (OpenAPI).
• AsyncAPI.
• Docker.
• Cloud-native architectures.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon (2 days/week onsite).

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• MongoDB and data modelling.
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• CQRS.
• Event Sourcing.
• IAM.
• OAuth2.
• OpenID Connect.
• JWT.
• Application security.
• CI/CD.
• DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of GDPR / EUDPR.
• Good level of english.
