This role ensures reliable configuration data supports incident resolution, change risk assessment, service transparency, helping drive IT services value across the organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or IT Governance.
• Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, or Service Catalogue processes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset modules.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management and asset lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service mapping.

We are hiring a ITSM Process Owner (Temporary)

About The Role

We are looking for an ITSM Process Owner - CMDB, Asset & Configuration, Service Catalogue to join our TechHUB in Lisbon!

This is a temporary position.

The ITSM Process Owner is accountable for the governance, data integrity, and continual improvement of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Asset & Configuration Management, and Service Catalogue Management processes.

This role ensures that reliable configuration and asset data supports incident resolution, change risk assessment, service impact analysis, financial control, and business transparency of IT services.

The Skills

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• 5+ years in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or IT Governance roles
• Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, or Service Catalogue processes
• Experience working with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset modules
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management principles
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
• Understanding of service mapping and dependency modelling
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and different modules
