HAVI TechHUB in Lisbon is seeking a Data Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the SDLC and delivering data engineering solutions that power Supply Chain Planning across the enterprise.

You will design, develop and optimize scalable data pipelines using Informatica, Azure Data Factory and Databricks, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions with strong stakeholder collaboration and a focus on enabling autonomous, data-driven decision making.

We are hiring a Data Engineer (w/ Informatica)

About The Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our TechHUB in Lisbon!

You will be responsible for supporting the Solution Owner in managing and executing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and rollout of data engineering solutions supporting Supply Chain Planning. The role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, integration frameworks, and data solutions across multiple enterprise data sources and technologies.

The primary focus area will be on data engineering, requiring strong working knowledge of end-to-end data processes, system and data integrations, data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, data mappings, and interface designs. This will include building and optimizing ETL/ELT processes using technologies such as Informatica, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks, as well as implementing Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) within Databricks Lakehouse environments.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions, with particular focus on Demand Planning and Supply Planning initiatives. He/she will act as a key technical partner throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring that data solutions meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture and standards.

The Skills

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• 7+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Databricks experience.
• Strong experience modernizing legacy ETL (Informatica) solutions to cloud native architectures.
• Experience supporting large scale enterprise data platforms.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience leading Informatica to Databricks migration initiatives.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience implementing Medallion architecture.
• Fluent in English.
