Blueview Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to deliver outstanding support across phone, email, chat and other channels. You will be the first contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, accounts, products and services with professionalism.

Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required, along with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. The role offers an onsite work environment, a relocation package, and competitive compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
