TeamViewer in Porto is seeking an Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative for a full-time, on-site role. You will build a robust pipeline for Account Executives via outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels.

The position requires fluency in Italian and English, with Spanish as a plus, and 1–2 years in sales or related fields. TeamViewer offers onboarding at HQ, strong compensation, benefits, and a collaborative culture.

Qualificações

• University or college degree in Business/Marketing is preferred, not mandatory.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
• Spanish language skills considered a plus.
• 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or customer service in B2B.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Hunter mentality with resilience in high-rejection settings.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Willingness to learn and implement feedback quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Build a robust pipeline for Account Executives via outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels.
• Qualify prospects and set meetings to prepare for closing.
• Be the first voice prospects hear and create early engagement.
• Focus on TOFU activities and convert cold interest to warm opportunities.
• Identify target accounts and key decision-makers, researching fit.
• Execute daily multi-channel outreach and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging.
