WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join a fully remote, international team. You will handle Italian language inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering helpful solutions while upholding high customer service standards.

This role offers a 14-salary monthly package of 1,050 EUR gross, with a performance bonus up to 10%, fully paid training from day one, and relocation support if needed. Work from anywhere in Greece with rotating shifts.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) for training and daily use.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote, international team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
