• Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and telephone in Italian.
• Stay updated on the latest Gaming & Esports titles to offer expert assistance and deepen player engagement.
• Resolve complex player inquiries regarding account security, payment methods, and game functionality.
• Maintain a deep understanding of gaming industry trends and community standards to ensure top-tier support.
• Foster a positive player experience, reflecting the brand’s reputation as a leader in the international esports market.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting recurring technical issues and potential game bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate critical technical incidents effectively.
