Innopath Consulting Lda in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in Italian and English, navigating digital advertising platforms and paid campaigns.

This on-site role offers an international environment, a schedule with early/late shifts, potential shared accommodation, and opportunities to grow in digital marketing and advertising technology while delivering excellent service.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian and English.
• Experience in paid campaign management required.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Technology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Italian and English.
• Assist customers with enquiries related to the supported digital platforms and services.
• Use knowledge of digital advertising to help customers with requests.
• Support customers using paid campaign management tools and processes.
• Provide clear and accurate information throughout customer interactions.
• Help resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-focused approach.
• Work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
