WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide professional, empathetic support across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires fluent Italian and C1 English, strong communication, and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotational environment. Compensation includes €1,000 gross per month paid in 14 salaries, €7.63 daily meal allowance, a welcome bonus, and accommodation support.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication

• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
