WW Talents in Porto, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic assistance to customers across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure a high-quality experience.

The role requires fluent Italian, C1 English, and strong communication, with the ability to learn and manage large amounts of information. You will work in a 24/7 rotational environment, with relocation support including accommodation

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)
