WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Porto, Portugal (onsite). You will deliver professional, empathetic support across markets, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires fluent Italian and English at a C1 level, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage large amounts of product and process information, while working 24/7 shifts and supporting multiple markets.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
