WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide professional assistance across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in a 24/7 rotational setting.

This onsite role offers clear compensation and relocation support, including accommodation assistance and a welcome bonus, with a food allowance per working day and 14 monthly salaries.

LOCATION

Porto, Portugal (Onsite) – Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation support (details are below)
