Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking a Social Media Advisor fluent in Italian to join our international team. You will respond to customers across social media, resolve inquiries, and deliver outstanding service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Requirements include fluent Italian (written and spoken), English proficiency (B1/B2), 20+ WPM, strong communication, and a customer-focused attitude. Training and relocation support are provided.

Are you a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service?

Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon, with positions starting in October & November. You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation: €1,366.17 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
