cbtalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a remote position based in Portugal. You will provide support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, and document cases for quality resolution. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.

Candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate; remote work is in a Portugal-based setup. Prior customer service experience is preferred; sales experience is a plus but not required.

About The Role
