Foundever in Lisbon is seeking an Italian Customer Advisor to join a multicultural team and deliver high-quality support in Italian and English. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues on first contact, and help build lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires native or fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1), exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal. EU citizenship or a valid work permit is necessary, with a relocation package and growth

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of Italian (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone and written abilities.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
