Cross Border Talents is looking for an Italian Content Moderator to help maintain a safe online environment. Responsibilities include reviewing user content, investigating reports, and improving user safety.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Italian and English, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience in content moderation. This on-site role is based in Porto, offering a monthly salary of €1500 and a relocation package for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian and English with a minimum B1/B2 level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate user-generated content for compliance.
• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues.
• Analyze incidents to determine severity and impact.

Conhecimentos

Fluency in Italian and English (B1/B2)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in content moderation or trust and safety operations
