Job summary

Job Training & Coaching is hiring an Italian Content Moderator for our Porto office. You will review and moderate content to ensure platform safety, working in a multicultural, international team with full relocation support.

The role requires Italian at C1 and English at B2, with at least 6 months of relevant experience. You will join a fast-paced environment with paid training and ongoing onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have Italian language at C1 level or higher.
• Must have English language at B2 level or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation, customer support, digital operations, or similar roles.
• Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content according to internal policies.
• Identify inappropriate or harmful content and take correct actions.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.
• Support user safety and platform standards.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
• Work in a dynamic rotational schedule environment.
• Follow company guidelines and confidentiality rules.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams in an international workplace.
