FairJourney Biologics seeks a Projects and Transformation Manager to lead technology-enabled business change and drive strategic initiatives across IT and business units. You will translate needs into practical tech solutions, manage a portfolio of transformation efforts and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Reporting to the CIO, you will partner with stakeholders, manage vendors, and oversee cybersecurity, data governance and compliance throughout all initiatives to enable sustainable

Qualificações

• 5-10 years of experience leading digital transformation, IT programs, or enterprise portfolios.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong vendor and systems integrator management background.
• Solid portfolio and program management capabilities, including governance, risk and issue management.
• Business process mapping, modelling and benefits realization to drive outcomes.
• Understanding of system integrations, data platforms, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulated system delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe/Agile, ITIL.

• Lead business and technology projects from planning through delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and deliver business value.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and risk management practices.
• Manage system implementations, upgrades, integration, and process improvements.

• Monitor project progress and provide updates to leadership.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection and privacy considerations are met throughout delivery.
