Decskill is growing and seeks an IT Tech Lead & DevOps to join our team in Lisbon, Porto, or Madrid. You will lead streaming infrastructure projects, provide architectural advice and supervision, and drive automation and observability for reliable platforms.

We offer long-term projects with international scope, opportunities to grow technically and professionally, and a people-first culture based on transparency and trust. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Experience with system design, integration and cloud technologies.
• Background knowledge in programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins.
• Experience with streaming systems (Kafka).
• Good level of English.

• Streaming Infrastructure (Kafka and MQ).
• Architectural Advice and Supervision.
• Security tracking and Obsolescence Management.
• Automation & Observability.

Requirements:
