Aubay Portugal procura um Recruiter com foco em perfis de TI para apoiar o recrutamento de talentos na área tecnológica. O candidato ideal possui experiência assegurando o cumprimento de KPIs, além de fluência em Português e Inglês.

Qualificações

• Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou área relacionada.
• +2 anos de experiência como Recruiter, com conhecimento sólido de funções IT
• Confianca a trabalhar com várias stacks tecnológicas e perfis de IT
• Experiência prática com LinkedIn e outras plataformas de sourcing
• Mentalidade orientada a resultados, com histórico comprovado de cumprir deadlines e KPIs
• Proficiência em Português e Inglês (obrigatório)

Responsabilidades

• Recrutar perfis de TI e gerir pipeline de candidatos.
• Colaborar com equipas de IT para definir perfis e requisitos.
• Conduzir entrevistas e apoiar o processo de seleção.
• Manter contacto ativo com candidatos e atualizar o status no ATS.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• +2 years of experience as a Recruiter (solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory)
• Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory)
