Aubay Portugal, a multinational group with offices in Lisbon and Oporto, is seeking a recruiter with 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting. The role requires hands-on sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms, fluency in Portuguese and English, and a results-driven mindset to meet KPIs in a hybrid Lisbon-based environment.

You will partner across diverse tech stacks and profiles, supporting the Talent Acquisition team to attract top IT talent while delivering timely, quality hires.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• +2 years of experience as a Recruiter (solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory).
• Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• +2 years of experience as a Recruiter (solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory);
• Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles;
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• A results‑driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs in dynamic environments;
• Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory).
