Qualificações

• Bacharelado em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou área relacionada.

• Confiança para trabalhar com várias stacks tecnológicas.
• Experiência prática com LinkedIn e outras plataformas de sourcing.
• Mentalidade orientada a resultados com histórico de KPIs.
• Proficiência em Português e Inglês (obrigatório).

We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• +2 years of experience as a Recruiter (solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory);
• Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles;
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs in dynamic environments;
• Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory).
