Aubay Portugal is seeking an IT-focused Recruiter to source and hire for diverse tech profiles across the business. The role involves engaging with candidates, coordinating across teams and delivering strong KPIs in a hybrid environment.

The successful candidate will work with Portuguese and English in a dynamic, multinational setting and contribute to Aubay's talent development and growth in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years as a Recruiter with solid IT knowledge.
• Experience across diverse tech stacks and IT profiles.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 3 year of experience as a Recruiter (solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory);
• Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles;
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs in dynamic environments;
• Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory).
