Health Tech Company is seeking a talented IT Systems Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Portugal. You will help manage 300 Apple and Windows devices, provide IT support to about 300 employees and contractors, and strengthen security across our growing AI product platform.

The role requires hands-on experience with macOS and Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, and Cloudflare Zero Trust, plus scripting in Go or Python, and familiarity with Kubernetes and EDR

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience with MDM for macOS on 300+ devices.
• 2+ years experience managing macOS and Windows machines.
• 2+ years experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zero Trust.
• Understanding of network protocols.
• Experience programming/automation with Go or Python.
• Experience with Git, Terraform.
• Experience passing security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and conducting virtual meetings.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with any EDR solution.

What you will do:

Manage around 300 Apple and Windows devices.

Provide IT support to ~300 employees and contractors, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Monitor and address potential security breaches, implementing preventive measures and solutions.

Improve onboarding and off‑boarding processes by developing automations.

Manage internal accesses.

Internal IT services procurement and inventory management.

End‑user devices procurement and inventory.

What we look for:

2+ years experience with MDM for macOS on 300+ devices.

2+ years experience managing macOS and Windows machines.

2+ years experience with managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zero Trust.

Understanding of network protocols.

Experience programming/automation with Go or Python.

Experience with Git, Terraform (our Cloudflare configuration is stored in Terraform).

Experience passing security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001).

Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and conducting virtual meetings.

The work schedule must have 6 hours overlap with the team working hours (CET -1/+3).

Experience with any EDR solution.

Experience with Kubernetes.
