Mind Source is strengthening its Infrastructure Team by recruiting an IT Support/Workplace specialist in Lisbon. The role centers on managing Windows-based workplace environments, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory and device lifecycle across major vendors, with a strong focus on customer support and stakeholder communication.

You will support international, multicultural teams, maintain desktop and meeting room technologies, and produce end-user documentation while handling multiple

Qualificações

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Engineering or IT Workplace Management.
Experience in international/multicultural environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Mind Source is strengthening its Infrastructure Team by recruiting an IT Support/Workplace specialist.

Profile:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Engineering or IT Workplace Management;
Experience working in international and multicultural environments;
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset;
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Requirements:

Solid experience managing and configuring Windows-based workplace environments;
Strong knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy Management;
Experience managing the lifecycle of workplace devices from major vendors such as Dell, HP, and Lenovo;
Hands-on experience with software packaging, deployment, and centralized application management;
Experience managing mobile devices (iOS and Android) through MDM/MAM solutions;
Proven experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for workplace-related services and technologies;
Knowledge of endpoint security technologies and workstation hardening best practices;
Experience supporting collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies;
Knowledge of enterprise printing environments and print management solutions;
Good understanding of networking technologies, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Miracast, and related connectivity solutions;
Experience producing technical and end-user documentation.
