Job Title: Part Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person


• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions


• Install and configure computer systems, software, printers, and other devices


• Maintain and update computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance


• Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems


• Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role


• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
