PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking a mid-level Support Technician to join its international project team. The role focuses on L1/L2 IT support across diverse environments, with strong ticketing tool usage (ServiceNow, Jira) and multilingual communication.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience, is fluent in English, French, and Portuguese at B2 level, and is comfortable working in a hybrid Lisbon setup. The position offers salary range of €1,200–€2,000 plus meal allowance and flexible

• +3 years with expertise in L1 & L2 support within the IT field

• English: B2 (mandatory minimum)
• French: B2 (mandatory minimum)
• Portuguese: B2 (mandatory minimum)
