PrimeIT is seeking an IAM Access Management professional in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the office. Mid-level experience (3–6 years) and fluency in French and English are essential.

You will work with Active Directory and related user-management tasks to optimize client engagement and application efficiency. Salary base ranges from €1,200 to €2,000 with additional Food Allowance and Flex Benefits.

We are looking for an IAM Access Managment with:

• Fluent French and English is mandatory
• Strong organizational (methodical), interpersonal (co-operative, constructive and open-minded), problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
• Working experience in a user support role and Active Directory
• Experience organizing/tracking your users relationships and you know how to leverage data to increase client engagement/satisfaction and applications efficiency.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Regime: Hybrid, 2x week in the office- Mandatory location in Portugal

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
