Inetum in Lisbon seeks a senior Microsoft Solutions Consultant to lead complex projects and directly contribute to client success. You will act as a technical reference, delivering robust Microsoft-based solutions aligned with market best practices and client needs.

You will develop and implement solutions on Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and Office 365, provide advanced technical support, and mentor teams through migrations, upgrades and integrations while ensuring comprehensive

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in technical consulting with Microsoft solutions.
• Proven track record leading infrastructure and systems projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365, or similar) valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement technological solutions based on Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365).
• Provide specialized technical consulting to optimize clients' Microsoft environments.
• Lead internal teams and collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance solutions.
• Conduct business requirements assessments and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex Microsoft-system issues.
• Participate in migration, upgrade, and system integration projects.
• Ensure complete documentation and knowledge transfer to involved teams.
• Support client adoption including training on communications, collaboration, and AI tools.
