Aubay Portugal is seeking a Service Management Lead to oversee transversal service management and ensure alignment with evolving cybersecurity requirements. You will coordinate multiple teams during the migration of responsibilities to the Cybersecurity Directorate and oversee IAM services within the helpdesk.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, along with a strong customer-focus and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders within a hybrid work model.

• 5+ years in Service Management roles, preferably with a technology background.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong IAM knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English for daily communication.
• Alignment with corporate culture and ethics.

What will you do?

• Lead the transversal service management, ensuring meticulous follow-up, team articulation, and effective control, particularly amidst ongoing technological changes.
• Coordinate and integrate various teams as responsibilities migrate to the Cybersecurity Directorate, fostering seamless collaboration.
• Oversee the efficient operation and support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services within the helpdesk team.
