A leading technology services provider is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead cloud infrastructure teams and manage technical projects in Portugal. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as fluency in German and English. We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager (*) with strong expertise in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and fluency in German, to lead and manage technical teams within a global environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate cloud infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Design and implement cloud strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the secure, scalable, and efficient deployment of solutions using AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Foster collaboration between local and international technical teams.
• Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously evaluate new cloud technologies and vendors to drive innovation and cost optimization.

What you will need to bring

• Proven experience as an IT Manager in cloud environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and proficient in English.
• Solid experience in managing distributed teams, with a focus on leadership and communication.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud security, and automation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
