Movilges in Lisbon is looking for a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer (m/f) to enhance their team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience in AWS cloud environments, including deep expertise in AWS services like EC2, S3, and Lambda.

Additional desirable skills include proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD pipeline implementation. The position offers flexibility, health and life insurance, along with participation in innovative technology projects.

About the Job AWS Senior Cloud Engineer

We are recruiting a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon working on a hybrid basis.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Strong experience working with AWS cloud environments and cloud-native architectures;
• Deep expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and related ecosystem components;
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices;
• Hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline;
• Experience with monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and troubleshooting in AWS environments;
• Strong understanding of cloud operations, automation, scalability, and reliability best practices;
• Experience driving cloud modernization and operational excellence initiatives;
• Experience with DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering practices;
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator and Terraform (nice to have);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
