Job summary

BNP Paribas Cardif is seeking an IT Risk TPTRM Specialist in Lisbon or Porto. You will support Third-Party IT Risk Management, including Cloud projects, and serve as middle office for data quality and risk controls.

Requirements include at least 2 years in IT Risk or Cyber Security, fluent French, and strong MS Excel skills; English is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work model in Lisbon or Porto with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security (general IT knowledge suffices).
• French fluency is mandatory; English is valuable.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC IT module is preferred.
• ISO 27001 knowledge and familiarity with Dora regulation are valuable.
• Good knowledge of cloud solutions and MS Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Cloud solutions' assessment related deliverables.
• Report progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders.
• Middle office for TPTRM: maintain high data quality in BNPP Group Tool for IT Third Parties.
• Administer IT Risk topics incl. KRI, Obsolescence, Shadow/Light IT, Permanent Controls, IT Risk Quality.
• Support procurement in contract remediation to meet DORA compliance (SDD questionnaires).
• Lead intra-group contracts for DORA remediation and monitor TPTRM steering committees.
